Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I reserve?

The best way to reserve is by booking online.  You can check real-time availability 24/7 here on our website, and make your deposit securely online.  You may also call us at 770-279-2787 with any questions or to reserve.

  • What do you charge for delivery?  

Our delivery fee is based on the distance from our office (located at 75 Arcado Rd SW, Lilburn 30047) to your event.  The minimum delivery fee is $20.00.  You may also pick up and return rental items to our office.  We offer a weekend customer pickup special, pick up Friday and return Monday for the 1-day rental price. Please click here for more details on pickup and delivery.

  • Are there any other fees? 
As per state law, we collect sales tax on rentals.  If your organization is tax-exempt, we must receive a copy of your Georgia exemption certificate when you reserve, otherwise we will need to collect sales tax.
  • Are you insured?

Yes!  Fresh Air Party Rental is licensed and insured.  We carry a 1 million dollar liability policy.  If your venue requires proof of insurance (such as Gwinnett county parks), please advise us in advance so we have time to supply this.

  • What type of power source is needed?

Each inflatable or concession machine requires a separate, standard 110v electrical outlet.  Inflatable blowers use just 8-12 amps of power each, but need to run continuously while the bounce house is being used.  If you do not have access to power at your event location (for example, certain parks) you can rent a generator from us.  

  • How do you clean your moonwalks?

We clean our inflatables after every rental. We vacuum the inside of the bouncer and clean both inside and outside the moonwalk with cleaning agents that are safe to use around children. We take pride in keeping our inflatables clean and sanitary.

  • How and when do I pay?

To reserve your rental items, we require a non-refundable down payment by credit/ debit card.  The remaining balance is due the day before your party, or you may pay cash upon delivery (no checks).

  • What if it rains?

If rain is likely on the day of your event, we will call you prior to delivery and give you the option to cancel.  If you decide to cancel, we will hold your deposit for 1 year and you can apply it to any future rental with us.  Please visit our Policies page for more details on weather.

  • How long do I get to keep the rental items?

All of our rental prices are for the full day, up to 8 hours. We deliver inflatables at least 1 hour prior to the start of your event, and pick it up in the evening.  Or if you rent tents, tables, and chairs we normally pick up the following day.  For events at parks, apartments, and other public venues we pick up inflatables the same day before dark. Feel free to contact us for questions specific to delivery/ pickup times for your event.
